Tasting Notes

COLOR: Reddish brown to copper

NOSE: Fruity aromas of dried apricot, peach cobbler with butter pecan ice cream, and orange vanilla cake evolve into rye-forward notes of Andes mint chocolate cake with whipped cream, caraway seed cookies, pink peppercorns, chocolate truffles with mint flakes, and Oreo cookie milkshake.

PALATE: Palate entry offers soft alcohol and roundness on the tongue, yet packs an aromatic punch with fruity, minty flavors of peach mousse with a ginger-mint syrup, fragrant honeysuckle, peppermint cookies with candy cane topping, candied tangerine peels, and a spicy mint julep cocktail with mint simple syrup.

FINISH: Initially warming and soft, evolving into lingering cool, sweet menthol notes of wintergreen tea with a sugar cube and candied citrus.
